When Crawford stops his car at his house, video footage shows Siemen jumping out of his patrol vehicle, moving toward Crawford and yelling commands for Crawford to show his hands and get on the ground. During the chase, Crawford is seen throwing out drugs including Alprazolam, crack cocaine, powder cocaine and marijuana from his vehicle window. The body camera footage shows that police instigated a slow chase after attempting to stop Crawford when they smelled marijuana coming from his car.
